ESTÜ Academy Programs aim to better prepare ESTÜ students for professional life while addressing the industry's need for a qualified workforce. These programs are long-term, certified training initiatives based on university-industry collaboration. One of the most significant benefits of our academy programs is enabling our most valuable stakeholders—our students—to establish connections with industry professionals before graduation and plan their careers effectively.
Announcements regarding the academy programs are made through the university's website and social media channels. Important dates specified in these announcements are carefully scheduled each semester, considering the academic calendar. Application forms and requirements are published in the weeks following the announcements. Applications are evaluated jointly by the Career Development Coordination Unit and industry representatives.
ESTÜ Academy Programs first began in the Spring Semester of the 2019-2020 academic year with the ESTÜ-FORD OTOSAN Academy. Currently, six different ESTÜ Academy programs are ongoing: ESTÜ-FORD OTOSAN, ESTÜ-VİTRA, ESTÜ-ALP AVIATION, ESTÜ-ICI, ESTÜ-BAŞARSOFT, and ESTÜ-NETCAD.
